Service Computer Systems

ecWest was called into Stauffer electronics due to their server computer system was not operational and needed to be repaired.

ecWest corrected the problems with their existing server system until one day the system would not respond anymore.

Supply Server Installation and Desktop Operating System Upgrades:

ecWest recommended that they purchase a new server and upgrade their computer operating systems on their desktop computers to a newer version of the Windows operating system.

Stauffer agreed with the strategy and ecWest performed the installation of a bran new Windows 2000 server, mail server, proxy server, restoring of the current system network typology, and upgrades of computer operating systems to get the companies entire network and computer systems running effectively without worry of any down time.

Supply Technical Support

ecWest continues to support Stauffer Electronics with technical support as the customer requires so that a IT staff member does not have to be added to the companies staffing requirements.
